SEA-TRI-KAN for Riders-The Training Plan

Every cycling day will be different, but expect around 80 miles per day, with a 100 mile century ride on the penultimate day.

The ride will be very doable for casual riders who are willing to put in some spring training...and the landscapes and team camaraderie will make it totally worth it!

Feeling a bit overwhelmed about 400 miles? Here are some milestones to shoot for.

3 months out Goal: complete 4 short, 3 medium, and 1 long-distance ride, including one with 1,000 feet of elevation gain.

2 months out Goal: complete 6 short, 4 medium, and 5 long-distance rides (2 long-distance rides back-to-back) including one with 2,000 feet of elevation gain.

1 month out Goal: complete 6 short, 4 medium, and 8 long-distance rides (all back-to-back) including one with 3,000 feet of total elevation gain.
